The audio system code can be found in the #600 options range. If you do not see one of the following codes you have a Base audio sound system:

645/ 661 – Business Radio = BASE audio system

676 – HI-FI (STANDARD)

674 – HARMAN KARDON without MOST connection

How many speakers you will need depends on factory BMW speaker system. But with PUZU Ultimate series, you don’t need to replace them all at once; you can upgrade as many or as few speakers as you want.
Pure Bass: only underseat woofers, for powerful low-end sound.
Driver’s Choice: replacement speakers for the front of the car.
Studio Sound: a complete set of speakers for your whole vehicle.
You can even choose speakers individually, if you aren’t looking for a full BMW car stereo upgrade yet.

Yes. We designed the PUZU BMW speakers to perform in BMWs with a range of stereo systems, including the most basic options without a separate amplifier. The Ultimate series will still be a noticeable improvement over the factory speakers. To make the most of your new speakers, however, you may want to add our DSP amplifier series to boost your audio system.

Yes. Adding PUZU Ultimate series BMW tweeter PZ-TS25 to a vehicle that did not come with tweeters from the factory will require replacing a trim piece in the front doors, in which the tweeters will be mounted. After selecting your model, you’ll see the list of parts you will need to purchase to install your kit. Contact us for more information.

Thank you for your interest in our puzu products. Unfortunately we do not have any upgrades compatible with the Bang & Olufsen or Bowers & Wilkins audio systems.

For the B&O and B&W systems, our PUZU Ultimate series subs will fit in the under seat compartment however, the amp signal will cause our subwoofers to blow after mild use. For this reason we cannot offer them as compatible to your B&O or B&W audio system.

Our kits are designed and tuned specifically for the vehicle intended. We only recommend using the kit for your exact vehicle listed in our website’s vehicle selection options. So, if it is not listed we highly discourage trying to make another kit work.
