PUZU PZ-AP020 modify plug& play Harness adaptor+universal wire for Mazda /cadillac/Buick/Renault/Land Rover/Chevrolet Bose system suitable for X6800S

As we all knows that Mazda /cadillac/Buick/Renault/Land Rover/Chevrolet cars with OEM factory amplifier bose system,
they have the same connector outlook and size,but pins are different based on different car models,the pins may different
even if the same car model but different year made,so by using this way,you can modify for many types of plug & play cable
to fit for different sound system,and of course,you can also use multimeter tool to test the pins by one by one.this need you good
skills of car audio,and of course it’s the most budget way.

What you should do?Please do as following steps
1.Get your original OEM amplifier pins definition
2.From the point of view of PZ-X6800S,your OEM amplifier provide signals to it,so the adaptor male plug is signal input ,it connect with your OEM amplifier female
the female plug of the adaptor connect your car plug for speakers
3.cut those wires from the middle of adaptor for speaker lines only,don’t cut those lines of your original other functions.
4.we do the input side and output side of the adaptor at the same time,one by one
5.finally wrap it up with flannel tape

Here we’ll take 2015 Mazda CX-5 with bose system for example
first step,we get the pins of CX-5 Bose amplifier,and find the cable for oem amplifier speaker out
and we know it’s following two cable terminals

         

and we know it is in this side

what we need do now is cut the speaker lines of the adaptor to match the signal output from oem amplifier
front door left& right,rear door left & right,midrange,woofer speakers etc.
but as you know most of oem amplifier not out complete signals for midrange,tweeter or woofers,so usually
we usually use only 4ch (front door left&right,rear door left&right) signals,as PZ-X6800S built in Mixer input&output
functions,so it can output 10ch complete signals by only use 4ch input,even 2ch is ok.
1.find the front left door speaker input,then cut the corresponding cable from the adaptor show as picture

2.another side,you can use any CH1~CH8 to push the front door speakers,here we want to use PZ-X6800S CH1 to push front left door speakers
considering PZ-X6800S CH1~CH4 power smaller than CH5~CH8,So,we suggest you devide the channels as bellow
CH5~CH6 power for your front door speaker
CH7~CH8 power for your woofer underseat
CH1~CH2 power for your midrange or tweeters
CH3~CH4 power for your rear door speakers

3.according to your oem amplifier pins definition,cut the speaker lines ,connect in & out,freely combine the output based on you needs

4.You will get some cut excess thread of the male plug of the adaptor,because you no need so many input,6ch enough,so you wrap up those wires
actually you no need even 6ch input,our softwre of PZ-X6800S built in mixer function,use front left&right,rear left&right signal input sources,and provide
10CH complete frequency 20Hz~20KHz
5.finally wrap it up with flannel tapeup ,make sure the cable looks clean and tidy.
