Shipping
We use Fedex Express as default for Global (3~5days) arrive to you,and we going to use standard shipping (post mail) for normal products.
You can ask us change your receiver address during 12 hours after you ordered the product,please contact our online service or write us email service@puzu-audio.com
Yes,we provide tracking information for the whole processing of the order.

Yes,You can apply cancel the order if you make the wrong order we will handle with it within 24 hours.
We will ship your order within 48 hours,Except holidays
We will handle it within 2 business days after confirm your cancel order requirement.

Returns
This warranty covers 1 year from the date of the purchase
• You may return your eligible merchandise to PUZU for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
• If the product is open, we will work with you but product should be complete with all packaging and manuals intact to avoid a 20% restocking fee.
• All Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
• Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow five to ten business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
• Defective merchandise will be exchanged at the current value
• Returned items will be inspected and non-defective merchandise must be returned in original packing.
• Altered/embellished items are not eligible for return.
• Gift cards may not be returned or refunded.
Please fill out the form regarding your product issue and a service representative will assist you in the necessary actions to verify that the problem that you are experiencing is covered under warranty. If it is in fact a warranty issue, PUZU will issue an RA number and give instructions on sending the product in for evaluation.
