PUZU Audio Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the PUZU Audio Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the affiliate program (the “Program”) operated by PUZU Audio (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) via www.puzu-audio.com.

By submitting an application to join our Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The PUZU Audio Affiliate Program is designed for car audio enthusiasts, automotive content creators, forum moderators, and marketers who want to earn commissions by referring customers to puzu-audio.com. Our core products include Car Audio DSP Amplifiers, Custom-Fit Car Speakers, Subwoofers, and Audio Wiring Harnesses.

2. Enrollment and Approval

2.1. To enroll, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. 2.2. Websites or promotional channels that promote violence, illegal activities, discrimination, or adult content are strictly prohibited from joining the Program. 2.3. As we serve a global market, Affiliates from any country may apply, provided they can receive commission payouts via our supported payment methods (e.g., PayPal).

3. Commissions, Tracking, and Payments

3.1. Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a standard commission of [ 5%-10%] on all valid, completed sales originating from their unique affiliate tracking links. 3.2. Cookie Duration: We offer a [30-day] cookie life. You will be credited for purchases made by a customer within this period after their initial click on your affiliate link. 3.3. Qualifying Sales: Commissions are calculated on the final purchase price of the product(s) excluding shipping fees, taxes, and applied discounts/coupons. 3.4. Refunds & Chargebacks: If a customer returns a product, requests a refund, or initiates a credit card chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance. We withhold commissions for a locking period of [30] days to account for our return policy. 3.5. Payout Terms: Minimum payout threshold is [$100.00 USD]. 4. Promotional Guidelines and Restrictions

4.1. Approved Channels: You may promote PUZU Audio products on your own websites, blogs, YouTube channels, social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and automotive/car audio forums, provided such promotion complies with platform rules. 4.2. Content Guidelines: We encourage high-quality content such as DSP tuning tutorials, unboxing videos, installation guides, and audio performance reviews. 4.3. Spam & Unsolicited Marketing: You must strictly comply with global anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR). Sending unsolicited emails, forum spamming, or direct messaging spam containing our affiliate links will result in immediate termination. 4.4. Coupon & Deal Sites: If you are a coupon or deal-aggregator site, you may only promote official discount codes provided to you directly by the PUZU Audio affiliate manager.

5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Policy

5.1. No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from bidding on PUZU Audio trademark terms, brand names, or any misspellings thereof (e.g., “PUZU”, “PUZU Audio”, “PUZU DSP”, “PUZU Amplifier”) on any search engine (including Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, etc.). 5.2. Direct Linking: You may not direct link to puzu-audio.com from PPC ads. You must direct traffic to your own landing page or review site first. 5.3. Violations of the PPC policy will result in the immediate reversal of all pending commissions and termination from the Program.

6. Global Compliance and Disclosures (FTC & GDPR)

6.1. Disclosure Requirement: Affiliates must transparently disclose their relationship with PUZU Audio. If you are reviewing our DSP amplifiers or speakers on YouTube, blogs, or social media, you must include a clear disclosure (e.g., “As a PUZU Audio Affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases”) in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or your local equivalent advertising standards. 6.2. Data Protection (GDPR): If you target customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, your website must comply with GDPR and local privacy laws regarding the use of cookies and affiliate tracking technologies.

7. Intellectual Property and Branding

7.1. PUZU Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trademarks, and provided marketing materials (banners, product images) solely for the purpose of promoting our products through the Program. 7.2. You may not alter or modify our brand assets without prior written consent. 7.3. You may not register domain names or social media handles that include “PUZU”, “PUZU Audio”, or similar variations.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. 8.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. 8.3. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activities, or damage the reputation of PUZU Audio. Upon termination for breach of terms, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [the People’s Republic of China / Hong Kong China / USA/UK/South Korea], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of [HUIZHOU /CHINA].
